Inspiration:
After job bouncing Michele realized that she was a freelancer and gave up on the idea that she needed to be employed to be successful.
Challenge:
Michele found that she actually created a job for herself, rather than a sustainable business. Feeling restless and losing all of her clients lead Michele to realize the biggest thing that needed to change was her. She asked herself how she could do things differently and forged new ground in the copywriting industry.
Passion:
Michele is passionate about writing, her new podcast and... hot off the press... she is publishing her first novels, two psychological thrillers this year.
Advice:
Reading the Einstein quote, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting new results" and George Gastanza's model of doing everything opposite in a Seinfeld episode.
Entrepreneurs Resource:
Study other people success, to shortcut the process for yourself.
Blogs, Books & Podcasts:
Walt Disney Biography
Dan Kennedy Biography - My Unfinshised Business
Looking Back:
Michele would tell her younger self to listen to the taps from the universe, don't wait for the 2x4!

What happens when you lose everything and find yourself at rock bottom? Jon Tarr shares how he turned it all around. Jon now owns 4 eight-figure businesses and tells us why true success in business all comes down to 5th grade math!

Inspiration:
Jon's dad told him that when you take on the management for someone else's business you get 100% of the responsibly and 100% of the headache. He decided to NEVER work for someone else.
Challenge:
During the market downturn Jon's turned in his hummer lease, lost his house, closed his radio show and used his bike to get around. He pulled through and rebuilt, now owning 4 eight figure businesses.
Passion:
Jon loves teaching people the 3 things that matter in business, that no one ever tells you. He boils it all down to so that the guessing and drama are removed form your business.

1. What is your front end customer worth?

2. What is the lifetime value of that customer?

3. How much does it cost to acquire that customer?
Advice:
Jon's dad's friend, Steve Gribble told him to hold off on getting an MBA and go get some real life business experience. Surround yourself with good people who are doing what you want to do. You become who you hang out with, so choose carefully.
Entrepreneurs Resource:
5th Grade Math, the internet for marketing.
Blogs, Books & Podcasts:
Think and Grow Rich
The Alchemist
Think Big and Kick Ass
The Agent
Ryan Muran Podcast
Looking Back:

I would tell my younger self, "It's going to be a fun ride and it's not going to be easy."
